How valuable are you? On a scale from 1-10

If you're NOT getting the results you want in your life, and you're not making enough money, but you've been putting in effort for years, it's a skills problem. You don't have valuable enough skills

 

You haven't put in the time getting the right knowledge and acting on that knowledge to have learned what gets results, and what doesn't

 

This has a name, it's called... the skills gap 

 

With the velocity the workplace is moving, are you keeping up? Are you upgrading your knowledge and skills to stay relevant, and remain valuable in a rapidly changing world?

 

And if you're NOT on a path of personal & professional development what's likely to happen? As the world moves on, relatively you'll move backwards. Standing still, not upgrading yourself, isn't the smartest option

 

Here's a little thought experiment for employees... Who will be awarded the promotion or pay rise? 

 

A. The worker that expects a pay rise & feels entitled to one? Or...

 

B. The worker that invests in self-education to become a better qualified, more productive, higher value asset to their employer?

 

You know acquiring valuable skills will never be a bad decision or the wrong investment to make. Not only will you take your life to the next level, a valuable skill can never be taken away from you. It's all yours, you get to keep it, and build on it to become more valuable yet

 

I believe you’ve connected with me because you want to improve your life situation and realise that to do so means improving yourself. There is no other way. You cannot think these changes into being, you have to act 

 

Choose a training you trust, work with a mentor who's already achieved what you want to achieve, and plug into a holistic education programme that's time-tested and proven to give you the results you're after

 

I can give you all the above, but you obviously have to want to re-skill. And you have to start

It'll be 2024 before you know it. Think about where you could be a year from now
